Dear Guests, we hope that through the following regulations, we will ensure you a stay full of satisfaction and comfort.<\/p>

The Wyraj nad Pilic\u0105 reservation system, available at https:\/\/wyraj.bed-booking.com\/, is operated by Adam Szczepanik, NIP: 7271803223, REGON: 472951238, with its registered office at Lipowa Street 21\/21, 90-743 \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, Poland.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a73 Placing an Order<\/h5>

The seller bears no liability for disruptions in the system caused by force majeure, unauthorized third-party actions, or system incompatibility.<\/p>

Browsing the site does not require an account. Orders can be made by providing necessary personal and address details without creating an account.<\/p>

Prices are listed in PLN, including VAT.<\/p>

To place an order:<\/p>

1. Select the dates and accommodation, click \u201cselect\u201d and \u201cbook.\u201d<\/span><\/p>

2. Choose optional amenities and click \u201cnext.\u201d<\/span><\/p>

3. Fill out the order form with recipient details.<\/span><\/p>

4. Select full payment or deposit.<\/span><\/p>

5. Click \u201cReserve and Pay.\u201d<\/span><\/p>

6. Choose a payment method and complete payment as per instructions.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a74 Reservation and Payment Terms<\/h5>

\u2022 A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total stay cost is required to confirm a reservation.
<\/span> \u2022 The remaining amount must be paid by the arrival date.
<\/span> \u2022 Early departure does not alter the agreed payment, and the deposit is non-refundable.
<\/span> \u2022 Minimum stay: 2 nights.
<\/span> \u2022 Renting the entire resort requires prior phone contact.
<\/span> \u2022 Check-in and check-out must be conducted in the presence of the owner.
<\/span> \u2022 By booking, you accept the resort\u2019s terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a76 Contract Execution<\/h5>

\u2022 The contract is formed after the client submits the order via the online system.
<\/span> \u2022 The seller confirms receipt via email, which also acts as confirmation of the contract.
<\/span> \u2022 For full payment via transfer, e-payment, or card: payment must be made within 7 calendar days.
<\/span> \u2022 For deposits: payment must be made within 2 calendar days; the remaining amount is payable on-site.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a77 Withdrawal Right<\/h5>

\u2022 Clients cannot withdraw from accommodation services due to specific booking dates under Article 16(2)(2) of the Consumer Rights Act.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Cancellations are allowed, forfeiting the 40% deposit.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 The seller reserves the right to cancel the agreement if it cannot be fulfilled due to the seller\u2019s fault.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a78 Accommodation Times<\/h5>

\u2022 Check-in: 4:00 PM; Check-out: 11:00 AM.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Late check-out incurs a 100 PLN fee per hour per cottage.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a79 On-Site Facilities<\/h5>

\u2022 Facilities include three small cottages, one large cottage, a pool, jacuzzi, playground, bonfire area, p\u00e9tanque field, and beach volleyball court.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Bikes are available for rent upon prior arrangement.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Small cottages accommodate 6 people; the large cottage accommodates 8 people.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Guests must maintain cleanliness and sort waste appropriately.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a710 Sauna<\/h5>

\u2022 Finnish sauna is for guest use only.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Max capacity: 8 people; operating hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (sessions last 1.5 hours).<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Session cost: 120 PLN.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Usage requires prior arrangement with the owner.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a711 Security Deposit<\/h5>

\u2022 A 500 PLN refundable deposit per cottage is required upon arrival.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a712 Material Responsibility<\/h5>

\u2022 Guests are liable for damages caused.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Parents or guardians are responsible for children\u2019s damages.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a713 Pets<\/h5>

\u2022 Pets are allowed upon prior agreement and fee payment.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Pets must not use bedding or be left unattended in cottages.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a714 Safety and Restrictions<\/h5>

\u2022 Smoking, open flames, and unauthorized equipment use are prohibited inside cottages.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Fireplaces must be used responsibly.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Parties and disruptive events are not allowed without prior consent.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a715 Parking<\/h5>

\u2022 Two free parking spaces per cottage; additional spaces cost 50 PLN\/day.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a716 Additional Charges<\/h5>

\u2022 Extra person: 80 PLN\/night.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Lost keys or remote: 150 PLN each.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Cleaning negligence: 150 PLN fee.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a717 Complaints<\/h5>

\u2022 Complaints must be submitted in writing or via email and will be addressed within 14 days.<\/span><\/p>
