Wyraj nad Pilicą Regulations

Dear Guests, we hope that through the following regulations, we will ensure you a stay full of satisfaction and comfort.

§1 Reservation and Payment Conditions
  • The condition for a full reservation is the payment of a non-refundable deposit amounting to 40% of the total cost of the stay. The remaining amount must be settled no later than on the day of arrival.
  • In the event of early departure of guests due to reasons beyond the control of the hosts, the fee set for the entire stay remains unchanged, and the deposit paid towards the stay is non-refundable.
  • It is possible to rent a house for a minimum of 2 days.
  • The entire resort can also be rented, in which case please contact us by phone.
  • Handover and return of the cottage are done in the presence of the owner.
  • Making a reservation implies acknowledgment and acceptance of the resort’s regulations.
§2 Overnight Stay
  • The overnight stay begins at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Hourly deviations should be arranged individually.
  • Please vacate the house by 11:00 a.m. to avoid an additional charge of PLN 100 for each commenced hour per house.
§3 Facilities on the Resort Grounds
  • The resort offers 3 smaller houses and one large, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, playground, bonfire area, petanque court, and beach volleyball court.
  • Bicycles can be rented with prior availability confirmation.
  • The smaller houses accommodate 6 people, while the larger one accommodates 8 people.
  • For the comfort of guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  • Maintaining order, cleanliness, peace, and quiet is mandatory at Wyraj nad Pilicą.
  • Appropriately labeled containers for each type of waste are available on the resort grounds. Each resident must use the appropriate containers and not dispose of waste in improper bins.
  • The entrance gate and gate should always be closed.
§4 Security Deposit
  • A refundable cash deposit of PLN 500 per cottage is collected on the day of arrival to cover any damages to the equipment provided in the cottages.
  • Owners should immediately notify the hosts of any damages or malfunctions.
§5 Material Liability
  • The tenant is financially liable for 100% of the price for any damages or destruction of items and technical equipment caused by the tenants.
  • Parents or babysitters are responsible for damages caused by children.
§6 Pet Stay
  • Only domestic animals (non-aggressive dogs and cats within the host’s acceptance) are allowed on the resort grounds after prior agreement and payment according to the price list on the website.
  • Pets must not use bedding or available blankets and must not be left alone in the cottage. Pets should be under the owners’ supervision and not allowed into the pool area.
  • The pet owner is financially responsible for any damages caused by the pet and must ensure that it does not disturb the rest of the guests, clean up after it, and remove any waste left on the premises. Failure to inform about having a pet in the cottage will result in a financial penalty.
§7 Safety and Restrictions
  • Cameras monitor the resort’s public areas.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the houses (smoking is allowed outdoors in designated areas), as well as the use of open flames, candles, or personal devices such as electric grills, heaters, or warmers. Each violation of this prohibition will result in an additional charge of PLN 500.
  • Fireplaces and fire pits must not be used for burning wood brought from outside. Burning anything other than wood provided by the owner is strictly prohibited. In case of insufficient wood supply, please contact us by phone. Fireplaces are supplements, not central heating stoves, so use them carefully to avoid high temperatures that may cause wall cracking or glass breaking in the fireplace. Damages caused by misuse of the stove or walls will be assessed, and the guest will be charged.
  • Grilling should be done under the constant supervision of an adult.
  • Grilling and making fires are not allowed during strong winds or conditions conducive to fires.
  • Organizing integration trips, hen parties, stag parties, etc., is prohibited on the resort grounds. Hosting a party and disturbing the quiet in our facility may result in guests being asked to leave without a refund. Any exceptions must be agreed upon individually with the owner.
  • The use of the pool, sauna, bonfire area, playground, and car charger is subject to separate regulations available for these areas.
  • We are not responsible for valuable items left in the cottages or parked cars.
§8 Parking
  • Cars must be parked only in designated areas. Parking for our guests is free – two parking spaces per house are provided.
  • Additional parking space for each subsequent car is charged at PLN 50 per day.
  • The number of parking spaces is limited, so the possibility of parking another car should be arranged during reservation.
§9 Additional Fees
  • An additional fee of PLN 80 per day is charged for each additional person staying. The possibility of accommodating additional persons must be arranged with the resort owner before arrival.
  • In case of losing the house key or gate remote, the guest is obligated to pay a fee of PLN 150 for each lost item.
  • A tourist tax is collected on the day of arrival according to the resolution of the Poświętne Commune Council.
  • A refundable deposit of PLN 500 is collected on the day of arrival and returned after checking the cottage’s condition upon departure. In the case of a contactless cottage return, the owner has 7 business days to inspect the cottage and return the deposit if no issues are found.
  • An additional charge of PLN 150 for cleaning may be imposed in case of gross negligence in maintaining the cleanliness of the cottage.
  • Additional wood for the fireplace or bonfire is available at an extra charge of PLN 100.

Matters not regulated in this regulation are subject to the applicable laws of Poland.

§9 Complaints
  • Please report any complaints related to your stay and accommodation, as well as other services provided by Wyraj nad Pilicą, immediately after establishing the grounds for reporting them.
  • Complaints will not affect the date of stay and fees.
  • Each complaint will be considered individually, and the Guest will be informed about the decision and how to resolve the matter by e-mail or in writing.
