Wyraj nad Pilicą Regulations
Dear Guests, we hope that through the following regulations, we will ensure you a stay full of satisfaction and comfort.
§1 Administrator Details
The Wyraj nad Pilicą reservation system, available at https://wyraj.bed-booking.com/, is operated by Adam Szczepanik, NIP: 7271803223, REGON: 472951238, with its registered office at Lipowa Street 21/21, 90-743 Łódź, Poland.

§3 Placing an Order
The seller bears no liability for disruptions in the system caused by force majeure, unauthorized third-party actions, or system incompatibility.
Browsing the site does not require an account. Orders can be made by providing necessary personal and address details without creating an account.
Prices are listed in PLN, including VAT.
To place an order:
1. Select the dates and accommodation, click “select” and “book.”
2. Choose optional amenities and click “next.”
3. Fill out the order form with recipient details.
4. Select full payment or deposit.
5. Click “Reserve and Pay.”
6. Choose a payment method and complete payment as per instructions.
§4 Reservation and Payment Terms
• A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total stay cost is required to confirm a reservation.
• The remaining amount must be paid by the arrival date.
• Early departure does not alter the agreed payment, and the deposit is non-refundable.
• Minimum stay: 2 nights.
• Renting the entire resort requires prior phone contact.
• Check-in and check-out must be conducted in the presence of the owner.
• By booking, you accept the resort’s terms and conditions.
§5 Payment Methods

• On-site payment (after deposit payment)
§6 Contract Execution
• The contract is formed after the client submits the order via the online system.
• The seller confirms receipt via email, which also acts as confirmation of the contract.
• For full payment via transfer, e-payment, or card: payment must be made within 7 calendar days.
• For deposits: payment must be made within 2 calendar days; the remaining amount is payable on-site.
§7 Withdrawal Right
• Clients cannot withdraw from accommodation services due to specific booking dates under Article 16(2)(2) of the Consumer Rights Act.
• Cancellations are allowed, forfeiting the 40% deposit.
• The seller reserves the right to cancel the agreement if it cannot be fulfilled due to the seller’s fault.
§8 Accommodation Times
• Check-in: 4:00 PM; Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• Late check-out incurs a 100 PLN fee per hour per cottage.
§9 On-Site Facilities
• Facilities include three small cottages, one large cottage, a pool, jacuzzi, playground, bonfire area, pétanque field, and beach volleyball court.
• Bikes are available for rent upon prior arrangement.
• Small cottages accommodate 6 people; the large cottage accommodates 8 people.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Guests must maintain cleanliness and sort waste appropriately.
§10 Sauna
• Finnish sauna is for guest use only.
• Max capacity: 8 people; operating hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (sessions last 1.5 hours).
• Session cost: 120 PLN.
• Usage requires prior arrangement with the owner.
§11 Security Deposit
• A 500 PLN refundable deposit per cottage is required upon arrival.
§12 Material Responsibility
• Guests are liable for damages caused.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for children’s damages.
§13 Pets
• Pets are allowed upon prior agreement and fee payment.
• Pets must not use bedding or be left unattended in cottages.
§14 Safety and Restrictions
• Smoking, open flames, and unauthorized equipment use are prohibited inside cottages.
• Fireplaces must be used responsibly.
• Parties and disruptive events are not allowed without prior consent.
§15 Parking
• Two free parking spaces per cottage; additional spaces cost 50 PLN/day.
§16 Additional Charges
• Extra person: 80 PLN/night.
• Lost keys or remote: 150 PLN each.
• Cleaning negligence: 150 PLN fee.
§17 Complaints
• Complaints must be submitted in writing or via email and will be addressed within 14 days.
